Pet Policy

We love your pets and are excited to welcome them to their new home! We allow up to 2 pets per home. Cats and dogs are welcome although some breed restrictions apply. Give our leasing office a call today to find out more!

• Pet Deposit: $300, refundable
• Pet Rent: $35/month, per apartment

Restrictions:

• Maximum 2 pets per apartment home, not to exceed 80 lbs
• Fish are allowed (maximum tank size: 50 gallons). Exotic species including hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, and all reptiles are not permitted without written permission from the community manager
• Breed restrictions for certain dog breeds, except for assistance animals
